Sonar Platiinum - Track View Vertical Rules - This should be Simple-What am I Missing?

I want to change the colors of the vertical rules in track view. As in: Beat 1-Black. Beats 2,3,4 - Grey
I've through the Display / Color editing and also the new Theme Editor.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
