Help with loading Addictive Drums

I am having a heck of a time getting addictive drums to load.  Any help would be appreciated. 
 
win 10
MSI GE72 6QF Apache Pro 6700hq
16gb dd4
128m.2
1 tb 7200
 
cakewalk is loaded tried XLN

    Please be more specific. What is the error or problem?

    Thanks man Keeps cycling back to box which sayes 64 bit and 32 bit paths are the same. I click 64 bit then starts the process all over. It won't load......

    Is this happening during installation? Give us the details.

    "First of all, run the Online Installer and hit the [Advanced] button. That page will tell you where the 32-bit and 64-bit Addictive Drums plug-in DLLs are installed. If you're running your host in 32-bit mode, then you want to use the 32-bit plug-in file and vice versa."

    Can you confirm that you are using different physical locations for the 32bit path and the 64bit path. 

    Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram . 
    PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
    CPU: i5 4670. 
    Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
    Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

    Internet always on.

    Software
    : Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
    ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples 
    Rapture Pro, AAS GS2, VS-3, EP-4, VA-2, Chromophone 2, Z3TA+ 2, Addictive drums 2, Addictive Keys, Mpowersynth (latest), Iris 2, GPO5, Sampletank 3,
