Assign a default plug-in beside TTS-1 in 'Add Track' Instrument track

I would prefer that the '+' Add Track be changed as follows:
 
1) Default to show Instrument, not Audio (or remember last when saved in a template).
2) Default to what I wish (I always use Reaktor) - or remember what I selected last when saved in a template.
 
In other words, I start with the 'Normal' template. Select (+) instrument Reaktor, delete the track, then save as my new Normal template.
 
I know, you say 'Why not just save the Reaktor template as Normal'. Well, that's just not normal.
