New track Dark Track now ready.
Well, ready as it will ever be LOL . This is quite a departure for me compared to the rest of my stuff. It's quite a bit different to :10: and wrench's dark tracks as it's pretty loud and hard. I've put it in the industrial section, don't know if it's appropriate. Anyway, it's called "Cursed". Hope you like it. PS: Play it loud. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/8/usbmusic.htm

23 hits and no replies.....hmmmmm. guess i will be the first to replie then.... i liked it. the middle section was my favorite...i think if the whole song was like the middle part, it would be better. i will have to listen to it agian though.... to get a better feel for it. i was half asleep when i first heard it.

Cheers agincourt, pleased you liked it. What all did you use? Nothing special. Just velocity with heavily mashed up sounds and a few freebie vsti's, as that's all i can afford, being an impoverished, unemployed brit an' all. Cor blimey gov.

on the kvr forum those kvr'ers told blipp this tune wasn't really industrial and given what little I know I agreed with them, so apparently he moved it to the IDM chart, where the tune has managed to take over my cherished #4 spot -- oh well, it was a good run, as they say in these parts. and blipp's is probably much closer to the mainstream of IDM but last night i actually made some progress on an even quieter, prettier (yes, it's pretty dag nab it) tune than the last one, so I'll be back to subvert that IDM genre to New Age yet

my whopping play count was at a mere 12-16 per day to manage the #4 spot on the 1st day of NAMM my play count dropped to like 3, so I assume my few fans share my obsession with NAMM news your track is deserving i had a good run it's nice to know a few people on that chart steve west is hanging in there at #10 and thalamus (from kvr) has been hanging in the top ten on the trip hop chart for weeks (even tho it's a very pop like tune)

I had a listen to a few tracks in the top 25 yesterday and came accross some excellent work. Mataya - Above everything Putty - Innuendo2005 K8lyn shabazz - Filtered rays (wonderful tracks, but poor sound quality for some strange reason) Sound paradox - Ten years from now. All equal to commercialy available product imo.
