Is it safe to update for Sonar users? It seems that every other Maschine update creates problems with Sonar so haven't updated in a while.

Sonar Platinum running on: Intel i7-2600k, ASUS P8Z68-V Pro, Kingston V300 SSD 240GB + OCZ 60GB SSD + Samsung 1TB HDD, 16GB Ram, E-MU 0404 USB

i have been using it, with my new Jam, and loving it!  recently, i set up a Sonar template for 8 Maschine groups (each with Perform FX) so that i can record my live jams (as audio tracks).  works very well.  granted, once NI releases their promised "Song Layer" to Maschine software, that will be a game-changer for me.

3.5 Ghz AMD 6-Core/16 gigs RAM, Roland Quad-Capture, Win 10, Cakewalk by Bandlab, Komplete 10, z3ta+, Z3TA+ 2, Rapture, Maschine 2.7 (MKI & Jam), Melodyne 4 Studio, Ozone 4, Jam Origin MIDI Guitar 2, Schecter Damien Elite, Fender Sonoran w/TronicalTune Plus installed, etc

So I finally updated Maschine and new problems arise. It seems that Maschine keeps sending pitch bend information to Sonar. This is fairly nuts because Maschine doesn't even have a pitch wheel.

Maschine integration with Sonar sucks, too me. Out of every piece of gear I've ever bought, Maschine is the only thing I regret purchasing. I've I had it since it first hit the scene in 09.

Just never liked the work flow or the way it integrates into Sonar. With that said, I have been able to make some nice songs with it.

that's interesting feedback. a while ago I asked how people use Machine with Sonar and how well that integrates ... virtually nobody replied back then ...

If only Native Instruments could implement a similar way to rollback like we have with Sonar. I've used Maschine 2.4.6 for over a year with no problems. How stupid of me to update for no reasons. :(

Anyone know how on earth I can get back the older version?

Native Instruments helped me getting back the older version and everything seems to be working again. Here's the page if you need to go back to older version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/update-manager/

Do not uninstall the newer version. Just "downgrade".
