(SOLVED) Third party software do not pop up in the UTILITY MENU (SONAR PLATINUM)

Hello,
For a reason I can not understand, I can not see anymore the Third Party Software in the MENU TOOLBAR.

I used to work with Sound Forge, Midiquest, Vocaloid, etc but they do not appear any more in the menu/Utility toolbar.
Now I can only see there just 2 lines with a small empty space in between.
I went to the link below but can not see the Folders mentioned there.
https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013099/Adding-third-party-audio-editing-software-to-SONARs-Utilities-menu
Since Cakewalk people is very busy with other things, I ask somebody here to help me trying to understand how to solve this.
I am an Spanish native speaker and my english is limited. So, simple lenguage will be welcome.
:-)
(Work with W8.1 64 bits)

Thanks in advance!!!

    I do this with WaveLab 9 and iZotope RX5 and it works.
    For example the registry entry for iZotope RX5:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Tools Menu\iZotope RX]
    "ExePath"="C:\Program Files (x86)\iZotope\RX 5 Audio Editor\win64\iZotope RX 5.exe"
    "MenuText"="iZotope RX"
    "StatusBarText"="Edit with iZotop RX"
    "Type"="WaveEditor"

    (after closing regedit restart SONAR to take effect)

    We digitize tapes, vinyl, dat, md ... in broadcast and studio quality for publishers, public institutions and individuals.
    4 x Intel Quad-CPU, 4GHz Sonar Platinum (Windows 10 - 64Bit) and 14 computers for recording tapes, vinyl ...

    4 x RME Fireface 800, 2 x Roland Octa Capture and 4 x Roland Quad Capture, Focusrite .... Studer A80, RP99, EMT948 ...

    Post #6 above is a link to the SONAR Resources and Utilities thread. It is not in the knowledge base. The permalink to the post is http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3392713 and this is the download link for SONARToolEditor from that post.
