Just for grins, Wayne Campbell's car from Wayne's World is coming up for auction.

The fact that it (an AMC) still exists is testament to something. Just not sure what.

Lexus in Omaha now does the no haggle pricing and they pay their reps a flat rate on each car sold. I've got them looking for me, but it appears I'm probably going to have to travel to get the right car. He is really set on a 2005-2008 Mazda3 Hatback with a manual transmission. He's willing to throw in money so the budget is just under $10k. So far they are in California and a surprising number in Oklahoma. I'm a bit nervous at the idea of buying a car far away and flying out to get it...

My dealer is a family friend. When we bought our car (Fiesta) he sold it to us at $100 over cost because he knew he'd make more money from us bringing it to his shop whenever it needed work... even oil changes.

... little did he know what a crap box the Fiesta was going to be. I'm happy we're getting rid of it.
