why is mp3 trial encoder not in Sonar Artist ?

why is mp3 trial encoder not in Sonar Artist ?

 
I have had the trial less than a week & just purchased Sonar Artist today...when I try to export mp3 it pops up the box saying

    Hi. It is a licence thing, IIRC. 
    I use this https://app.box.com/s/op4w4so2u3orjkv2hh9ix3hryg3y23sd// for converting to mp3.
    It is free, and was made by a SONAR user.
