    Using The Knob, But It's Hard To Control, Since I'm On A Hi DPI Screen. I Want To Type In A Level Number.

    hold the shift key while tweaking the knob to get fine control, is that better for you?

    When you click on the send knob you'll see a rectangular frame around the knob which indicates that the knob is selected / in focus.
     
    Double-click into the upper left corner of the rectangle and a little window pops up where one can enter values / numbers manually.

    You can use a MIDI controller to adjust the send levels. Something like Euphonics or any other.
     
    You can also Click on it and use your mouse wheel
