FX Bin in track view

Somehow the FX bin disappeared on each of my tracks in the Track View in Sonar, can anyone tell me how to get it to return?

I am a soldier in the loudness war, fighting to eliminate dynamic range

    Set the Track Control dropdown above the track list to 'All' or 'Mix' or choose the Track Control Manager and set up a Custom control set that includes FX bins.
