Pan not working on some tracks

I can't figure out why, but on a few tracks (vocal) sent to me I can't pan them left or right, unless i send them to a bus.
Any idea what's up with this?

I'm assuming the vocal tracks are mono data with mono interleave (if not, make them that way). If so, then the problem is most likely with a plugin. Try removing each plugin in turn and see which one's absence lets you pan again.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Yes, they are mono and on mono interleave, they will pan when my output it Master, but once i send it to the bus, I'm losing panning on that channel. Weird. And I turned all plugins off to see and same result.

Try adding a new bus. If it works correctly add the plug-ins to the new bus one at a time and see what happens. Turning off plug-ins is not the same as removing them.

Yes u were both right, i added a new bus, panning came back, I loaded my preset prochannel, all was good. i dragged a plugin from the previous bus and lost the panning.
All good now, THANX!
