[2016.10] Build 19 Early Access - Full Screen Restore still not working FIXED in [2016.11]

Clicking the full screen button after expanding to full screen does not restore the application to its original size.  The problem was initially reported in version [2016.09] and confirmed [http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3490309].

I have provided example screen shots, which were performed on dual 19" 1280x1024 monitors at native resolution along with the steps to reproduce.  Notice in Step 3 that the application remains full screen with the return of the title bar and the docker is now hidden behind the lower Windows task bar.

Step 1:  Open Sonar and size smaller than full screen

Step 2:  Click Full Screen button to expand Sonar to full screen

Step 3:  Click Full Screen button to restore Sonar to original small size

Thanks,
-- Ron
