Shuttle Pro v2 (Solved)

again 
I have read all threads about shuttle Pro here and in the ContourDesign Shuttle Forum but that doesn't help me to solve my problem.
I installed Shuttle Pro v2 on my laptop
Samsung Ativ 940X
- i7-4500U CPU, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 (Pro) 1607, latest Update -
with cdi_shuttle_win_2.13.3-1 and imported the latest Sonar Platinum .pref and .kbn files.
The Shuttle Icon in the taskbar show:
with mouse-over: "Sonarpro.exe has the focus" (I owe Sonar Professional)
with click on it: "Global Settings"
I imported the Platinum .kbn file to Sonar, the Platinum SPv2.pref to Shuttle Control Panel and it show the buttons that I use and the action correct, but Sonar do not respond to any action.

I started Controlpanel normal, started it with Admin rights, started it switched to compatibility mode in the Taskmanager, nothing helped.
If I use Shuttle Pro with Word or Adobe Reader it work as expected.
 
I installed the Shuttle Pro on my older 32-bit Computer with the same Windows 10 (Home) 1607, latest Update Version and it worked with Sonar without any problems.
Windows Home 32-bit (Desktop) = ok
Windows Pro 64-bit (Laptop) = fail
If somebody has a clue to a solution help me please!

    It takes a little doing,  but if it's working with all the programs except sonar, the problem lies in the preferences section of sonar.  It does work, keep the faith.

    Make sure two things:
     
    1.  that the memory resident program (the one that starts when windows starts) is still active when you start sonar
    2.  That the memory resident program is set to your sonar platinum profile.

    Another thing you might try is to SAVE your sonar platinum profile in the contour program as *global settings* and then make sure it's checked in the memory resident program.

    1. 'memory resident programm' is the Contour Shuttle Device Configuration?
    2. do you mean the Platinum SPv2.pref file?
     
    In Contour Application settings I have imported the above file and then pressed Apply, after that Cancel and Apply are grayd out.
    In Sonar I imported the Contour Shuttle Key Assignments.kbn
    Sorry my mother tongue is not English

    Yes exactly.  Try saving (within the contour shuttle device config.) the platinum file as *global settings*.  That did the trick for me.  I'll cross my fingers.  First (within the contour shuttle device config) create new profile...import the SPLAT profile and then save it as global settings.  Then make sure that *global settings* is checked in the task manager when you hover your mouse over the contour shuttle icon.

    It works !
    If a provided preference file fails, the best way is to create a new preference file.
    No need to save with 'Global Settings' , in my case the Contour Application choose the Name SONAR .
    I set the Buttons according to my workflow, pressed Apply and voilá, when I Start Sonar, the Contour App automatically select the proper .pref file.
