Dragging midi from Sonar AD2

Can someone remind me how to do this please, as I know it can be done, just can't remember how.

I have midi files in Sonar of basic grooves, I want to put them into AD2 and use the beats transform on them to humanize them a bit and then drag the humanized version back into Sonar

Thanks in Advnace

Assuming you AD2 uses default paths, user MIDI files go into your documents directory\Addictive Drums 2\External MIDI Files. Create subfolders in the External MIDI Files folder as needed. After adding MIDI files to the folder make sure to refresh the MIDI library. The refresh option in on the ? menu in the upper right of the AD2  UI. It is also possible to open the External MIDI Files folder from the same menu.
