Softube Modular Issues in Sonar [SOLVED}

Following the last update to Softube's excellent modular VST synth the VST3 version is refusing to respond to MIDI in Sonar. This applies to new and old projects.  The VST2 version works so there is a work around but unfortunatly it appears that presets saved in the VST3 version cannot be loaded in the VST2 version. The problem existed before the 2016.10 Sonar update and it starting did not coincide with a Sonar update.

Is anyone else using this synth and does anyone have any suggestions. I don't want to roll back to before the update as two new and very useful modules were added.

I will be contacting Softube's support shorty.

Are you sure you are running the latest update? IIRC, 2 modules, dual pan and dual x-fade were added in the previous update. The most recent update released earlier this month v.2.3.90 (267435) added the Roli module. Prior to v.2.3.90, I had some problems with the VST3 which forced me to use the VST2. Now the only problem I see is the missing help link at the bottom of the UI.

If you are not running the latest version and do not want to install the Gobbler software, scroll to the bottom of your account page. There is a link to the download page https://www.softube.com/index.php?id=mydownloads

Ah! Looks like I missed that update, there was no notification email, maybe things changed when they went to Gobbler. I will try that when I get home.

Thanks.

I assumed that there had been an update with the release of the console 1 integration and move to gobbler and spent Saturday morning setting it all up.

The upgrade has fixed the issue. I did it manually, now I need to check out that new Rolli module, it looks like it may be intresting.
