24bit config question

Hi,
I have a Behringer UCA202 USB Soundcard, and I'm getting an unclear response In Sonar X1 Producer when trying to set the recording bit depth to 24.
One part of the Preferences setup in "Audio-Driver Settings", says the soundcard wont let me set to 24 so is reverting to 16bit,
Then in the "File-Audio-Data" section, it seems to allow the record bit depth to be set to 24.

Am I able to record in 24bit?
Thanks

I did a quick search, and it seems that your Audio Interface does not support 24 bit.
It supports up to 16 bit, 48kHz.
    All the best.

As I see the UCA202 is ONLY 16-Bit.
    No wonder at this price.

If you have a bit more money and need more channels, this might work for you:
    http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/US16x08
Note that price has dropped on Sweetwater!  I do not have any experience with this, but have heard the preamps sound good.

Or if you want a more complex device with 18 channels in, you can get the Behringer XR18.  It does 48K/24 bit.  I can personally say it sounds nice!

The XR18 is also a Live sound mixer that sends all 18 channels to USB for recording!

Note price drop at Sweetwater.  I paid more than this.

SPLAT on a Home built i3 16 GB RAM 64-bit Windows 10 Home Premium 120GB SSD (OS) 2TB Data Drive.  Behringer XR-18 USB 2.0 Interface. FaderPort control.
