So is it true? That the Irish saved civilization, I mean.

It's a cliff hanger, innit?

Speaking of the Irish, we recently read a book called Black Potatoes (The Story of the Great Irish Famine 1845 - 1850) by Susan Campbell Bartoletti. Although it's a young adult's/children's book, the story is quite compelling and showed true courage & strength of the Irish people.   
 
How do you like the book so far Baps?

Good to hear and I do like traditions :)....will be adding this to my "to read" list.
