prochannel concrete limiter SOLVED, THANKS

hello again, third post today.
i have pro channel concrete limiter, however, i can't find it.
i've looked in all the usual places.
VST plugins
pro channel
and a general search in the computer, i have found the uninstall link. i also went to command center and it's listed and i reinstalled it.
does anyone have any idea where this thing could be hiding?

    Have you re-scanned your plug-ins after installing it, and are your plug-ins installed to the default folders or folders in custom locations? If Sonar sees that the Concrete Limiter exists, it should be selectable along with any other ProChannel modules listed as available.
