Multidock multiples?!?

In various posts on the feature request pages, I have been asking for multiple multidocks so my multiple monitors could be filled with panes that live in the MD by default. (A great idea that was long overdue IMHO!)

By accident, I just realized that multidock tabs could be dragged off the MD and positioned independently!  Is this a new feature? Or have I just been overlooking it all this time? <sheesh!> I feel really dense; how come none of you ever set me straight?

Asking for "multiple multi docks" is a different question from "can I arrange multiple windows on my screen"

Now you have discovered this you MUST get your head around SCREEN SETS

You can set everything up how you want for "tracking" / recording and save it as a screen set. You can then layout everything how you want it for mixing and save a mixing screen set - rinse and repeat - then you can toggle between the views using the screen set number buttons

I haven't tried on multiple monitors but I am sure it is worth a try

Screen sets will work with dual monitors.

Thanks guys.  I also appreciate that you didn't rub it in that I'd overlooked this feature for all this time.  I'm also looking forward to seeing the development of "workspaces" and how they might interact with undocked panes.
