Pleione [ambient]

Hi peeps,

Just one more and I promise I'll leave you alone for the rest of the month

Pleione is another ambient piece. I think it's probably a bit more chilled than the last piece I posted... Not much going on and is perhaps better played in the evening, closer to bed time, or even while you are dozing off to sleep

But try to stay the distance if you can. It is "only" seven minutes long this one.

It is also off the latest ambientonline.org compilation album volume 7 (I created two solo pieces and did two collaborations altogether).

https://soundcloud.com/synkrotron/pleione

Thanks again to everyone who has listened to my tunes over the last couple of months. I really appreciate all the support that I get from the Songs forum here, considering it isn't exactly "main stream" listening.

cheers

Oh, the subtlety of it.  What a pleasant listen for me, Andy as I wrap up my morning and prepare to get to work.

Very nice listen Andy. I'm somewhat frazzled today, and it calmed me down perfectly. Certainly didn't seem like 7 minutes either.

Hey Andy, as usual I'm impressed by the thought, creativity and delicate placement of sounds that you put into your work.  This is another stellar piece.  Unfortunately for me, I'm a little too worked up over the coming election in order to get into the right frame of mind to really give this a properly calm listen.  But I do appreciate this.

One last post here, before I go.

I can only apologise for not responding sooner to everyone's posts. I'm stretching myself a bit thin lately. I only work part time at the moment, which kind of suits me. I have therefore being putting a lot more time into my music. That has also led to a number of collaborations, which is also taking time.

On top of that, we are trying to get our house into a more complete state of decoration. Yeah, I know, there's always something that needs doing! We took up our stair carpet a couple of year ago, and, with one thing and another, we are only just now getting to a point where we are getting that sorted.

And then there is the SoundCloud machine, and I am also active at a couple more forums.

So, when ever I can, I will always try to catch up with the Songs forum here. It has been such an inspiration over the last couple of years and I have learned so much about our art here. There is no way I would ever stop posting here

    cheers,
