Screenshot directly into forum post

I have been googling to no avail - how do I insert a screenshot from Sonar directly into a post, rather than pointing to a URL? I've used the Snipping Tool and have the option of using the resulting file as a .png, .jpg etc
 
Sorry for the basic question...

    you can't, you have to host it somewhere (like imgur.com) and use that URL

    Hi. You have to upload the picture to a hosting site. I use Imgur, but there are many others.
    Then use the add picture button (under font size, when you write).

    The picture needs to be hosted by a internet host and then it can be inserted into a post. I use photobucket.
     
    Then use the tools of the forum to put the picture where you want it.

    John, A moderator or host is needed in the Coffee House. There is a ton of spamming being blasted there. I'm reaching out to you as I noticed your presence in the forum a couple of minutes ago.
