New Song!

This one's called white hole.  It's just for fun, but if you crit please crit on composition rather than the fidelity.  I know I'm a lousy mixer.  :D:D

Not working for me David, to fractured, the ARP Arp seems completely out of place.  Sounds more like you hit record then forgot you had.

All my pieces are works in progress.  Mostly I just jot down binary ideas.  Anything of any value gets properly recorded.

    Hi eph221 :),
My favourite parts are the recurring nimble bass - that's a very catchy motif - and where that's doubling with the bell sounds. It feels like that could develop adding more doubled sounds bit by bit until it burst into a huge, driving rhythmic riff. That would be very cool!
Just a dopey idea, so please feel free to ignore it :)

    All the best as always,
    LJ

Wait a second.  I just got a call from an old friend in Detroit and he says this is the best thing I've ever written.

I liked it, too. It was all comfortably unexpected. What the h%^$ was that, an elephant or a wolf?

Good luck getting it all sorted out!

thx Tom,  I was trying to go for the planet of the apes battle cry (that horn).  There's also a sexy female voice in there at the end that is somewhat disturbing if you ask me.  I always try to play with the listeners expectations so your observation is a great compliment (that it's unexpected). :D:D
