Need help installing AIR Xpand!2

I ordered the $1 AIR Xpand!2. I don't know how to get the product.
I did not receive an email with a link. I don't see a download option.
They didn't respond to my email. Can anyone help? I see the license #.

    have you followed these instructions?

    i just installed the complete pack (well worth the $75 upgrade frrom xpand2 by the way)
    even though i just installed a day or 2 ago can't recall the steps or if there was anything unussual, follow the instructions in the link above ans see how you go

    You should have received a download link and serial number via email. If you paid via PayPal, did you get an emailed receipt? That would tell you if the order had actually been placed or not.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
