Anyone have experience with JBL LSR4328's...

Sweetwater set the price down from 1500 bucks a pair to 699.    My questions
 
1 - I see that the reference graphs are fairly flat - except the 3db bump at 15k.  Does it stand out?
2 - Are you using a bass monitor along with them and if so, which one?
3 - What crossover frequency are you using with the bass monitor?
4 - Might you have any concerns FOR THE PRICE as not to purchase, if you needed an inexpensive good sounding monitor pair?
 
Any waxing philosophical is also appreciated..   I believe 36% of list price is a good value and I am leaning towards a buy..

Those are decent speakers, and $800 for a pair is a super price. Your timing is probably just very good, as it's a discontinued product. As long as they're new in the box (not returns or refurbs), I'd say go for it.
 
I would not recommend a subwoofer with those speakers. 

Bitflipper - you were right, they are most definitely good monitors.  I spent the time last night to run RMC AND to run a spectrum analysis, specifically looking at the 15kHZ bump and 50Hz crossover boundary between the 4328's and the KRK.  I had to correct a bump at 50Hz and the 15kHz wasn't 3db, it looked like 1.5 or so, so I didn't worry
 
Then I played MJ's CD 'Thriller'.  A\B'd it with the old monitors (Tannoy Reveals) - turned them off and took them to the TV room to use.   The detail was very noticeable,  the response was flat,  and clear.  Its going to take a bit to remember 'don't use what you know to correct'.  I have a handful of mental note changes I made every mix with the old monitors because of the endless learning cycle between home stereo, car and band sound system testing. 
 
Definitely good enough to make me much more humble.   I opened a project that I completed a week ago,  deleted all effects, set volumes to 0, EQ to flat and started out fresh.  When I was done, I took both mixes (no master) and compared them.  Hands down, the new monitors product was superior across the spectrum. 
 
I would suggest them certainly.

I have had those monitors for about 10 years. The replaced krk v8 that just had too much presence in mids and made pianos especially harsh. I am sure there was a work around for that but I tried a
out the 4328s and they just felt very natural. The room correction software definitely makes a difference (my room might have been part of the prob w v8s - i know they are good speakers). Bit mentioned that you probably dont need a sub with them and that is true but I found a matching brand new jbl 4312 about 2 yrs ago that someone had purchased for a studio, never unpacked and had sitting in storage. Got a good deal on it and wow!, that is one powerful sub! I dont use it for mixing but it is a blast just playing w bass heavy synths. 
 
Back to the 4328s. I think you will love them. In my opinion they have a very unhyped sound. You were fortunate to have found them new, esp at that price. Think they were discontinued at least two years ago. When I starrtd looking for a sub at Sweetwater and elsewhere the whole lsr 4300 line was discontinued/unavailable and that was  2  years ago. 
 
Some folks have had an issue with the sort of rubberized surface on the front of the enclosure getting tacky/sticky as they get older. That is happening with mine too but it is purely cosmetic and scarely noticable unless you touch it.
