Good Arpeggiator?

I was hoping for a bit of guidance on finding a good arpeggiator to use with Sonar Plat:

The built-in pro-channel Arpeggiator is “limited”, using a kind description, and does not seem to give me any ability to design or edit the arps. The MidiFX Arp is similarly useless. I’ve gone through the docs and searched extensively, but could have missed something.

I got the free BlueARP to work nicely but again the design of new patterns appears limited.

Q: any suggestions on a good ARP VST that would allow me to create, edit and modify ARPs and that works with Sonar and other instruments loaded in Sonar?

Thanks in advance!

Cthulhu. 'Cause it includes all those Bach cantatas.

Thank you Zo and Fleer. I especially like Nora and Cthulhu.
Nora seems to do exactly what I was looking for, so I'm taking a closer look at it. Thanks again!

Cthulhu is great although it can be confusing to set up and the few times I've used it recently with Sonar it's been temperamental (the GUI freezing, plugin state not being saved properly with the project etc).
