I may look dumb for asking but it seems I cannot use the .prog files included in cakewalk I baught several years ago in fruity loops.  Any input?

.prog is an extension used by several Cakewalk synths. The files must be loaded by the appropriate Cakewalk synth. Cakewalk does not lock their synths to the DAW so they should be available to other hosts.

thanks!  Im downloading music creator now, so hopefully after thats done I can figure it out.  Hope it comes with some decent drum samples too.  Too bad I cant just donwload what I want instead of the whole DAW.
