Add Track Button Question

just wondering, can you add multiple tracks using a track template?

    If we are talking about the same add track button yes you can specify the number of tracks you want to create. I don't know about track templates per se. I never use them.

    This has been my work around:
     
    1- Insert the Track Template of choice.
    2- Select the Track Template and right click on it.
    3- Choose "Clone track".
     
    Now you can specify how many instances of that Track Template you want to insert.
    If you find yourself repeating this method over and over again (like I did) create a Project Template instead.

    Thank you.  For some reason under "Features and Ideas", for me anyway there is no "Post" button.

    How can one get a thread in there?

    If you put tracks into a folder, saving a track inside that folder as a track template saves the entire folder. Unless changed, you cannot actually click on the folder header, it must be a track.
