I have been waiting for SOME level of Support since September 4th

I have been waiting for resolve a set of issues with NO follow up from support for well over 2 months, with Noel Borthwick, Mike Lally AND most recently Steve White but there is NO follow up.

I haven't really used my software in the intervening months even though i have a couple of projects pending because of plug in issues, the inability to register products etc.  Mike recognized these as legitimate issues, and promised to get right back in touch with me, but the last time i hear from him was October 4th.  He has sent me a series of messages apologizing for the "delay" but never followed up on any of them.

It was explained to me that there were a "back log" of issues, but that they had "caught up" and would be more responsive going forward.  this has not been my experience.

I am hoping that there are others of you out there who have experienced this insanely poor customer service and product support, and that at some point the folks at cakewalk will begin to take this seriously.  I have been a loyal cakewalk guy for 10 years, and they have never been GREAT at customer service, but at least it existed at some level.

The lack of response may be because you have found an actual bug that requires fixing in the software. However I agree with the others, post your problem here and maybe there's a solution or at least a workaround.
