(SOLVED) Lost my scroll bars in latest Melodyne update

Hi All:

I updated to Melodyne Studio 4.1.0.001 (using it in the latest version of Sonar Platinum) and now I have no vertical or horizontal scroll bars on the right or bottom of my Melodyne window, regardless of whether it is docked or undocked and regardless of whether it is maximized to full screen or not.   Also. Autoscroll is not working so I often cannot get to my region to edit notes.

I've been using Melodyne a long time and I've never had this problem before.  Anybody else experiencing this?  Is there a fix for or am I missing something obvious?

Thanks,
Bill

I'm having a similar issue. I've never used the scroll bars just the magnifying glass, selecting the region first, then using the mg to size the region accordingly. It's now hard to see the bottom of the region after the update, it's like the bottom notes are chopped off. You have to stretch the region vertically first, then move it up to just see the bottom notes. Even then, they just appear sometimes. Not sure if i'm missing a setting or something, but like you, i've noticed it's not easy sizing up your selected notes as it used to be.

Melodyne Support got back to me very quickly (less than 12 hours) with the following:

"This is possibly related to a magnification factor you set in Windows. Set the display setting to 100% and it should work."

Sure enough.  I had my monitor magnification purposefully set to 115% and when I went back to 100% it solved everything.  I haven't had to do this in the past but this is the fix now.  No other problems so far with the latest Melodyne Studio 4.1.0.001 update (with latest version of Sonar Platinum).

    Aloha,

I think from memory my Windows setting is greater than 100% also. I'll check it out tomorrow. Good to hear you're sorted, also great to hear you had a quick response from Melodyne support.
