Roland Boutique USB Audio Outs?

I recently bought a couple Roland Boutique devices - a TB-03 and TR-09 (modern hardware VA replicas of the TB-303 and TR-909 respectively). The TR-09 only has one stereo output jack, but the unit promises 10 audio outs when the device is connected via USB. I did that, but in my Sonar Platinum Preferences, under the Audio Devices setup, although the TR-09's input and output ports are listed, they are greyed out and cannot be selected. When I set up an audio track, I cannot choose any of those channels. Does anyone know how to make these Roland Boutique/AIRA USB audio channels work in Sonar?

When you use ASIO in Windows you can only have one audio interface selected. So I until you select the Roland unit as your audio interface they will remain greyed out.
