A Platinum Lifetime question

I was just toying with the email (again) for the Platinum Lifetime and it only comes back with $499.  I thought it was (a lot) cheaper if you were upgrading from Sonar Professional 4 like I would be.  Is my version just too old or did they just really hide the other upgrade links well in their store?

were you logged in and actually proceed through checkout?  not actually to the final stage of no return, but i think it happens (sometimes?) that it isn't until then you will see 'your' price. worth a try, just don't go so far you can't back out.

as to the upgrade from your version. not sure, but a search should reveal answers

I clicked on the email link and it "thoughtfully" put that into my shopping cart... I was under the impression that it would be somewhere around $199.

It's been so long that I mis-quoted myself Mesh!  No, I have SONAR Producer v4, didn't know there was a Professional also.

Thanks Bapu!  Now I just need to wait for another clear day like yesterday so I can waste about three hours taking enough stuff out of storage that I can reach the rest of my computer stuff.  The forecast is for about 3" of white stuff starting in about 90 minutes followed by a week of wet stuff... *Sigh...*

Looks like $399 from the "BUY" page. You would fall under the "any other version of SONAR" part on the 3rd line.

It was $199 for me to upgrade from X3 Producer.

Read Bapu's entry (post #5 above).

I Am doomed! According to Cakewalk I kick the bucket, meet my maker, cash in my chips, going belly up, bite the dust, buy the farm, and or decease on may 31 2037. I suspect it is an evil plot to cut my lifetime membership short!

But Bapu will still be going strong at 108 years of age then?
