99 Euro, Now, No upgrade path. I just spent about 15 minutes playing it and I really like it so far. Have not had time to really get into it yet but it is a keeper for me.

Is the EP-88 a sampled Dyno-My-Piano modded Rhodes?

The demos sound great.. I'm really thinkin' about this one.. I love George Duke and this nails his sound.. Now if I can only learn how to play his keyboard style on my Midi guitar!

Hey Rick, are you the Rick Tucker they're quoting on the Scarbee EP-88 web page? Schweet.

Uhmmmmm, could be... I really have been enjoying the EP-88 and have barely touched the surface. It is one of those libs that you can sit down and get creative/inspired just using the factory snapshots but, there are so many crucial tweaks available that it could take some time to explore and fully appreciate. Thomas Skarbye is a perfectionist and it shows in his works. I'm happy to see him back in business and independent from NI.

Ahhh Rick you're killing me. Playing with Bechstein and Mercury for now. Here's hoping Waves 88 and Keyscape will temporarily keep me covered on the electrics front. Won't work for long, I know.

I see there is a wurley, a clav and a pianette in the pipeline.
The big question is how much better are they than the Scarbee NI vintage keys? It would be good to get some views from someone who has both.
The NI instruments remain my favourites in preference to Lounge Lizard and the Arturia EPs for their warmth.
