you also may find PM to work just as efficient than multiple threads asking the same thing.

I think the word "multiple" may be a bit harsh/exaggerated when there are 2.
I do agree that PMing may be a good idea. Or perhaps say what the issue is so that one of us may help

It must have changed because yesterday a user with 7 posts PM me. The only one I know of is users with less than 10 posts can not post links.
