Pan issue - Help!
When I route a track (T1) to a bus (B1) and that bus is routed to another BUS (SUM 1). the panning on B1 has no effect on the bus SUM 1. The bussing from B1 to SUM 1 is done via a send to SUM 1. The send SUM 1 is set to post. When I hard pan B1 hard right or left, I see the signal reflected in the meter accurately on B1 but the meter on SUM 1 remains centered. I checked all the Stereo / Mone / Interleave l settings and it only seems to happen on the SUM Busses which are hardware outputs. I've also checked the hardware but again, the METERS on SUM 1 do NOT follow the meters on B1. When I buss everything to the SONAR Master buss, everything is fine. I've been doing projects like this for years with no issues. I'm also not saying the issue isn't on my end but I've looked and looked so figure I'd ask to see IF there a any new know bugs or issues before I go nuts trying to solve this here. Admittingly, the past few issues Ive reports (most but not all however) have been pilot error but SOnar does have some new bugs so making sure maybe this isn't one of them
PS I just created a very basic test project with One track routed to the preview (which then routes to master) and also routed via send to another hardware OUT and when I pan the track left to right, it pans in the master but NOT in the Hardware bus. If anyone wants this to try to help me out, I can send to you. Its very small (30 kb)
MORE: It seems that the Buss panning DOES NOT PAN THROUGH THE STEREO SEND (set to post) Can anyone replicate that? Also it doesn't have to be a hardware out. The behaviour extends to ANY buss that is an intermediary to the master
THANKS!
