Having some trouble

I double click on clip for it to give me the loop construction view but nothing happens. I checked to see if it was selected under track option double click behavior and it is checked any help would be appreciated

    Are you sure it's not opening but hidden behind another Window, or in the Multidock?

    thanks for the reply i checked and not showing up anywhere this is the first time this has happen
