Wow Si, this is excellent!!!! (listening/watching the youtube video). The song, performance, and production is very good!! The chorus is fantastic and the bgv's are equally great!! Very nice job on this track. Only thing I'd like to suggest is to bring up the acoustic guitar a bit (during the intro) as well as that excellent solo.....a bit more prominence to your excellent playing. Well done!!!

Other than that acoustic needing to be a little louder this is very good, thanks for sharing.

Just excellent Si, I loved that. The excitement you've generated in the lead up into the chorus and the chorus itself is awesome. Your voice suits the song and the lead guitar break...makes me wish I could play that good. Production sounds really professional too. Stunning, I'd say, I actually want to listen again!

Hi guys Thanks so much for listening to the song and watching my video. Your kind words and pointers always help. I think sometimes when you do everything yourself you become snow blind ( or would it be snow deaf?) to things, so getting some advice from you guys who are doing the same thing as me is crucial. Thanks again for taking the time to listen and if you know of any jobs / positions going for baldy old ocd inflicted musicians then please send them my way :-) Cheers Si
Its nice to be important but its more important to be NICE :-)

Nice job, Si. I watched the vid. I got a "Billie Joe Armstrong" vibe except he's like in his late '50's and much more mature in the songwriting department.
Sweet guitar solo, particularly. In the beginning, the vocal delay came in a bit much for me, to where I was hearing the "trick" just as much as the main vocal. Just a thought. keep it up, man! -Tom

Yeah, that was really good. Nice open yet punchy mix, and just a solid tune and arrangement - love the dynamics between verses and chorus. And that guitar solo is really nice...
