WAV file conversion

Hi there.  I have a WAV file that I need to use in a project.  Problem is that I want to change pitch and tempo.  Is this possible?

It is possible if the changes (particularly in pitch) are not too extreme. Without knowing what applications you are using that is the best answer available.

I am using Sonar Platinum.  I just tried to bounce to clip.  I can now change the pitch but not the tempo.  Is that possible?
