Kilohearts announce AAX compatibility.
Pro Tools AAX Support
One feature that's been requested a lot and that we've promised for a long time is to make our plugins available to Pro Tools users. Wait no longer, AAX support is here for our full range of plugins! We're currently labeling it "Beta" because we're a bit chicken and don't want to put ourselves out there because that one time in high school we did and our feelings got hurt so now w... well, AAX support. It's there.
Preset support in Snapins
All snapins now have an expandable settings panel where you can save and load presets, as well as reset to the init patch. And hey, in case you're just randomly turning knobs anyway we've made this quicker too with a Randomize button that scrambles the current patch. Betting on those happy accidents.
Minimizable snapins
Sometimes when making complex sounds in Snap Heap or Multipass it can occupy a lot of screen space. We've made all snapins minimizable when in a snapin host so you can hide some of the clutter you're not interested in for the moment. Spiffing!
'Tis the season to be holed up in a studio
Still haven't jumped the gun and picked up the Kilohearts Toolbox? It's currently 25% off and will be until December 28th.
More ONE presets
Quite some time ago, the Reasonistas community rallied around kHs ONE making a bunch of presets. We have now included these with the VST/AU/AAX version of kHs ONE, available under the Reasonistas 01-03 banks.
Other tweaks and fixes
Finally, a few minor things have been fixed:
- Tape Stop - Some DAWs did not record automation for the play button. This should now be fixed
- Fixed a UI bug where adding too many modulations in some cases would overflow their container area.
- Added a button in kHs ONE for opening the preset/bank menu (which previously only was available through right clicking the preset name).
