Exporting WAV Files In Sonar 3 Producer

Please don't laugh. I'm still using Sonar 3 Producer on an XP machine that has serviced me well over the years. I need to know how to export the WAV files only (no effects etc.) of songs so that a friend can import them into his program, Presonus Studio One.
 
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    I am not sure if this was possible in Sonar Producer 3, although I might stand corrected.
    Back then when Sonar 3 was the top Sonar product, I think there was an add on that needed to be purchased to accomplish this.

    If you take a screenshot of your export option dialogue box in Sonar 3 Producer, we can figure ot how to do it or if its even possible.
