I have a problem, can't start SONAR Home Studio

I can't start SONAR Home Studio
I have error message - can't find "api-ms-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll". I have Windows 7 Home 32 - bit.

    I think that dll is part of Microsoft's runtime libraries that lets new stuff play well with old stuff.  I would check for Windows updates and maybe re-install these bits:
    Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017 (32-bit)

    after installing V C++ redistributable...
    SONAR Home Studio show start window with his name(SONAR Home Studio), and after disappearing start window I see nothing on my desktop
