SOLVED Lost the minimize arrows on my tracks: its Shift+Z

I must've pushed some kind of stupid key combo and lost my minimize/maximize arrows.
Now if grab a track, all the tracks increase/decrease when I want one open or closed.
Its just this project, can someone help me out?
