Cannot load the Moog Sub Phatty editor/librarian VST in Cakewalk Sonar X3

I also have a version of this question posted at the Moog Music forum but to be thorough, I thought I should post it here as well to see if anybody has any ideas.

I own a Moog Sub Phatty synthesizer and recently downloaded the editor/Librarian software to use on my Windows 7 PC. I have my Sub Phatty connected via USB and it works perfectly with the standalone version of the editor, but I cannot get the VST plugin to work in my DAW, Cakewalk Sonar X3. I am running the 32-bit version of Sonar so I placed the 32-bit version of the editor VST in my VST folder where all my other VSTs reside, but it will not appear in Sonar no matter what I do. To be clear, the plugin does not show up in either the Cakewalk VST plugin manager nor the drop-down menus to add effects/instruments to the project

I assume you're not using Windows 10...the first version of Windows to offer multi-client MIDI support?
