Rough Surface Ahead

our local city Councillors have found a novel way to fund their overseas fact finding junkets-now,when a road needs repair,they put up a Rough Surface Ahead sign to protect their arses and drop the speed limit by 20 kph to compensate for the damage.
a couple of signs-no maintenance budget required this year-job done-off to Upper Patagonia with our partners for a couple of weeks to investigate the commercial possibilities of koala importation there and it`s obvious possible economic impact on our fair city as a revenue generator.....
i know, no politics allowed but i`m not being political,just a disgruntabled ratepayer urinating into the wind...

    I've seen this guy numerous times. I'm not sure why there are highway signs to announce his presence. Still, I'm glad to know he's still out there.
