hey ty for helping!
most of my best multisamples and alot of everything i have already setup in my korg pa3x pro (i think its mp3 files but sounds ok) and i want make songs on sonar profasional. there is any problems or low quality or quantize issues in that way if i only recording the audio through my sound card(lexicon alpha)?or mabe it will sounds not like 100% high quality and profasional because its not from vst s... ty so much!

Sonar only actually works with wave files. All others are converted to wave by Sonar to actually work with them. Also MP3 is a compression format that we don't actually hear. I can't recall a sampler that uses MP3 because as far as I know they can vary a great deal in quality. Flac is used a lot. If you are streaming audio to Sonar to record it is in wav format. You can import all the other audio file formats.

my bad. its not mp3 i think is something else i dont remember. my main question is if i only recording from korg pa3x pro to sonar, through my audio card, the recording soppost to sounds in high quality ? like real song that sounds 100% perfect ? also i can use by direct box.. but again, my question is simple.. thank you so much for responding!

If the Alpha is set up correctly, SONAR and the Alpha's sampling rate and bit depth match, your audio and USB cables are in good working order, SONAR should record exactly what you're playing and it will sound exactly like what you hear when you're just playing the keyboard.

Nope. Well, at least assuming that the Korg has 1/4" line-level outputs and your soundcard has 1/4" line-level inputs.

ok thanks! i have mixer of behringer 1222 usb. and i want to buy a condenser mic. do you know how i torn on the phantom and how use with it? i know that i have phantom botton on the back but i never did it before and i dont know how to use with it.. do you have any experience with condenser mic connect to mixers? thanks!
