Simple Query :D Update fader value

I've forgotten how to set the faders to change in value when I shift them and my SONAR 8 is stuck in update the value only when it's exceeded. This is impossible to mix with. How to I get to the dialogue page to set the control to go where I want without having to push it up a little first? Thanks in advance.
