Tempo Toolbar with value Ratios

Back in Sonar 6, there was a very handy Tempo Toolbar with three buttons to temporarily change the playback tempo of an entire project without changing the actual project settings. I'm now using Sonar X2a and I can't find that functionality. Is this ability gone for good from the later versions of Sonar? Is it in a version of Sonar after X2a? I loved that feature...
