Run Command Center and any installation programs you have for 3rd party (waves, izotope) plugins.
I also just got a new computer, and after installing EVERYTHING via Command Center, there were a few missing plugins. The solution can be found here:
http://forum.cakewalk.com...-m3547866.aspx#3547877 For vst plugins, it also works if you take your old VST folder and copy it into your new daw.
Example, plug a usb drive into your old computer,
copy the vst folders,
plug the usb drive into your new computer copy the folders into the equivalent locations,
then, tell sonar to scan for plugins.
This doesn't work for DX plugins, and it wont license 3rd party plugins, it will only install them in the directory.
