[2017.01] Show/Hide Lanes shortcut opens Synth Rack context menu in left corner of monitor

The shortcut key (Shift-A) used to open Automation Lanes now opens a Synth Rack context menu in the upper left corner of the display monitor in Early Release [2017.01].
 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project.
2. Verify that Shift-A is still bound to Show/Hide Lanes by default in Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts.
3. Open Synth Rack View and dock at Top/Right.
4. Insert TTS-1 as a Simple Instrument track.
5. Select Track 1, turning the #1 blue.
6. Press the shortcut key combination Shift-A.
 
Expected Results:  The automation lane for Track 1 opens for the Volume envelope.
 
Actual Results:  A context menu containing Synth Rack options opens in the upper left corner of the display monitor.
 
[EDIT]:  Workaround:  Move the docking location of the Synth Rack View to either bottom/right, in Multi-dock, or undock it completely.

    That was fixed just as the Early Release build was going out.  It is the same issue that results in being asked to delete a synth when you want to delete a clip.  The next build will have this fixed.
