How to get v-vocal on SONAR X1 LE ?

Hi everyone, I did a lot of research on youtube/forums about how to use v-vocal and how to change your voice on Sonar x1 but I didn't find out anything. Does anyone know about this v-vocal tool ?
I'm french and I have the french Sonar version, maybe that's why I can't find v-vocal or the same french tool.. need your help !

X1 LE which I have a copy of is real basic and not a good representation of Sonar. 
V Vocal was a good tool and I still use it sometimes. But the new versions of Sonar come with Melodyn now which has some better features like instant audio to midi creation. 
 
Your best use of X1 LE is a door to upgrading to a much better version. Download and try the demo and if you like that then you can choose to upgrade. Professional comes with Melodyn. Not sure if it works in the demo. 
You can even pay by the month for Sonar. 
Home Studio has 100% more going for it than Sonar LE. It's only $50 but does not include Melodyn.
