v 100 as a control surface with another interface

can I hook up my v 100 and use it like the presonus faderport? I have a larger interface but I would like to use the v 100 as a control surface with it

    Yes, you still can use V-100 as a Control Surface when you are not using it as an audio interface. You can deselect its Audio channels in the DAW and just use its MIDI channels.

    I've been using mine this way too, and I also set it up as the default Windows OS audio device and haven't had m/any conflicts with DAWs trying to access it as an ASIO audio interface.
